The Waterpoint have been supplying environmentally friendly plumbed water coolers since 2002 and have been carbon neutral for since 2005. We supply to both commercial and domestic clients and as an independent company can offer you the widest possible range of coolers - even if a particular machine is not in our current portfolio we are always happy to source it in order to meet your requirements.

When you get a water cooler from The Waterpoint we do all the work. We'll advise you where best to site it, we'll install it free, we'll service it regularly, we'll sanitise it, we'll change the filters for you and give it a clean up every time we see it.

We'll also attach a service record so that you can see for yourself the last time the water cooler was serviced and that everything is running smoothly. If there is a problem you can email us or call us directly, without having to speak to a call centre or know your customer number, and we'll make finding a solution for your problem a priority.
