Staunch and Flow is a small, helpful, and cost-effective London-based Plumbing/Heating engineering firm. It was started in 2003 to fill a perceived gap in the market. Our focus is on clients wanting a plumber who can not only manage the technical and practical side efficiently, but also provide the interpersonal skills required of a professional service provider. Our pricing is simple for straightforward works and based on an hourly rate – there’s no call-out charge - and we'll provide a prompt estimate for any additional works that might be required. For more complicated jobs, we'll want to come and see the site and discuss what's required before providing a comprehensive estimate. And all our work is guaranteed for a year.

Staunch and Flow specialise in all general plumbing, heating (including boiler service, repair and replacement/installation), Aga and Rayburn stoves (service, repair and installation/re-siting – we’re the only only independently-accredited, London-based service engineers for these appliances), Landlord/safety certification, Green/eco technologies and kitchen/bathroom refurbishment.

In addition, we run several building teams who can do electrical, tiling, construction, carpentry/joinery, plastering and painting/decorating work as required/requested. One of our engineers is a trained architectural technologist who deals with larger estimates, and we have an interior designer who works with us as required.

We can help with everything from replacing tap washers or cartridges, designing and building completely new bathrooms and kitchens or seeing through a complete home refurbishment.
